We have perfected the technique of perfectly balancing and timing our process, so the smoke simply enhances the flavor and increases moisture. This process completely unleashes the amazing flavor of the ingredients and time put in the meat before it ever reaches the smoker. Beforehand, the turkeys are brined in a maple whiskey mixture for 12 hours and then seasoned.
